The delivery time for your package is between 9 and 14 days. International shipping may vary due to Covid shipping conditions at the moment. Yes, sure. We are brand new, but we take data protection very seriously and can ensure you that your package will arrive with high quality materials.

What payment forms do you offer?

We offer payments via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How does the returns process work?

You can cancel and return purchases within 14 days of receipt. Already worn or washed items will not be accepted for exchange or return. The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method that was used to place the order. The customer bears the costs for a return.

What do I do if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We attach great importance to ensuring that all our customers receive high quality products. If you have received a faulty item, we are sorry. Please send an email with a photo and description of the damage to We will deal with your problem as soon as possible and get in touch with you.

Do I have to pay any import duties myself when ordering outside Germany?
